Hybrid Battery Exchange LLC offers refurbished hybrid batteries for your 2001 through 2022 Toyota Prius and other Toyota/Lexus hybrids. We also work on Nissan Altima Hybrid, Chevrolet Tahoe 2 Mode Hybrid, Cadillac Escalade 2 Mode Hybrid and Dodge Aspen Hybrid. Our shop is located in Gresham, OR at 1910 NW Burnside Rd. Each and every battery we sell has been refurbished using high voltage equipment to balance charge and deep discharge the battery using our own custom software and cycling algorithm. Our refurbishing process will break down crystalline formations eliminating voltage depressions within the battery cells restoring usable capacity in the battery pack. Our balancing process will equalize the voltage levels of each module. We refurbish and nickel plate the cable terminals and bus bars, this prevents the build up of corrosion, reduces resistance between battery modules and allows accurate reading of the battery voltage by the hybrid computer system. 

The result is a hybrid battery with more usable capacity for the hybrid system to take advantage of. You will be able to go further on electric power alone and obtain better fuel economy as a result. A refurbished hybrid battery pack is able to sustain higher voltage under high load, resulting in improved acceleration. Finally you will benefit with increased longevity due to reduced self discharge of our refurbished battery packs.

Prices include diagnostics and installation. Without core there is an additional $599 charge. You may need a new battery computer and sensing harness in addition to the battery, they fail on some cars due to water intrusion causing corrosion. The cost of the harness and computer are $299 in addition to the battery price below.

Our warranty includes diagnostics, parts and labor. In the event you have an issue with your battery please contact us at 971-220-5096, we offer free troubleshooting over the phone, email or text. If the problem is with your refurbished battery we will replace within the warranty period at no additional cost.
